I am on my way to Manila to meet with clients, give a talk on “Assessing and Recruiting with Precision” and to do a EQI 2.0 certification. It is the very first certification that we are doing in the Philippines and I am very excited to visit the Philippines again.
According to a recent Gallup study, Philippine people were found to be the most emotional people in the world and I can´t wait to share some of my EQ experience with friends, colleagues and clients.
