We have just finished another certification program in Singapore led by Kandidata Asia´s MD Maria Amerstorfer. I am spending 6 weeks in Asia and aside from getting a nice break from the winter weather in Stockholm where I am based, it was a great pleasure to be a part of the certification.
Our participants this time came from a variety of organizations and all had such interesting objects and ideas of how they will use their new knowledge of Emotional Intelligence and how they will use the EQi 2.0.
Some people came from the Ministry of Education where they have used the Youth Version of EQi for many years with good results. We had people from University settings who will do research on Leadership, people from a large hospital who will do research on cultural differences among staff , people from large organizations who will use EQi 2.0 for recruitment and development of their leaders and we had coaches who will use the tool in their coaching with executives.
A wonderful variety of people from 5 different countries. I learned so much from our wonderful participants and I wish you all Good Luck in your future work with EQi 2.0.
