Over time on this blog, we’ve introduced you to each domain of the EQ-i 2.0 in turn, demonstrating how Self-Perception, Self-Expression, Interpersonal, Decision-Making and Stress Management all play out and impact at individual, team and organizational levels. We’ve also offered tips and strategies you can apply in each of these areas for immediate results and benefits.

We now want to try to integrate everything. We want to talk about EQ Leadership. What does it mean to lead in this kind of non-stop, ever-changing environment? What can you do to take charge emotionally and how do you positively manage the moods and energies of the people around you?
