At Kandidata Asia we have a passion for Emotional Intelligence. We are convinced that EI is the key to being successful – at work, in school, in our professional as well as in our private lives as friends, partners or parents.
This year, Kandidata Asia celebrates ten years in this region. During this time we have worked with companies in recruitment and selection and we have helped develop and coach leaders using EI as a foundation and the instrument Emotional Quotient Inventory as a tool.
Ten years ago, Kandidata Asia were pioneers in the region. We introduced Emotional Intelligence and the EQi in Singapore and today we are distributors of the newly launched EQi 2.0 and EQi 360 in Singapore, China, India, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Hong Kong, the Phillippines as well as in Finland, through our sister company, Kandidata Finland.
